Busy inboxes are not the place for ambiguity. Whether it is chat, email, or a status update after an incident, I try to write so a user can scan once and know what happens next.
Predictable structure (context → next step → timeline) is not bureaucracy — it is respect for someone who may be frustrated or in a hurry. The same discipline applies inside the team: fewer surprises, clearer owners.
